Cancellations must be in writing and faxed to 301-298-5479 or emailed to jecobi@doreenrainey.com

  • Registration fee minus a $20 administrative fee will be refunded if cancellation is received by November 30, 2011.
  • Registration fee minus a $40 administrative fee will be refunded if cancellation is received between December 1 - January 31, 2012.
  • Cancellations received on or after February 1, 2012 and no-shows (regardless of the reason) are non-refundable. No exceptions. Please note your registration can be transferred to another person to attend the 2012 conference.
